1ποΈ Cancelling a One-Time Order
If you need to cancel a recent order, you must contact us as quickly as possible. We process orders very fast to ensure you get your products promptly, which means there is a very small window to cancel.
β±οΈ Cancellation Window: While we don't guarantee a specific timeframe, requests made within 1-2 hours of placing an order have the best chance of being successful. Once an order is sent to our fulfilment partner, it cannot be cancelled.
If your cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation and refund.
2π§ How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please email our support team immediately at support@restorepaw.com.
Please include the following in your email to help us process your request as fast as possible:
- The subject line: "URGENT: Cancel Order"
- Your full name
- Your order number (e.g., #RP12345)
Our team monitors these requests closely and will do everything possible to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.
3π If It's Too Late to Cancel
If your order has already been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. But don't worryβyou can still return the order for a refund or exchange once it arrives.

We've made our return process simple and customer-friendly to ensure you have a great experience, even if you need to send something back.
4π Cancelling a Subscription
You have full control over your subscriptions and can cancel at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fees.
You can manage your subscription directly through your customer account portal on our website. This is the easiest and fastest way to make changes.
ποΈ Important Deadline: To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date. Cancellations made after this time will apply to the following renewal cycle.
Please note that cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel any subscription orders that have already been processed and charged.
5βοΈ Our Right to Cancel Orders
RestorePaw reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. This may occur for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Issues with payment processing
- Incorrect pricing or product information due to a technical error
- The product being out of stock and unavailable
If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately by email and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
